Intern: The successful candidate will be working towards completion of an undergraduate degree in a related field. Job responsibilities include program documentation and the implementation/direct service delivery of programming recommendations /discrete trial therapy to learners with autism and related disorders in a home, school, community or clinical setting, and other duties as assigned. Assignments may include varied locations and multiple clients. At the graduate level, internships for field training and supervision required to meet certification standards may be available to qualified individuals.


Behavior Therapist:  The successful candidate will hold an undergraduate degree in a related field. (Individuals working towards completion of an undergraduate degree may be considered.)  Job responsibilities include program documentation and the implementation/direct service delivery of programming recommendations /discrete trial therapy to learners with autism and related disorders in a home, school, community or clinical setting, and other duties as assigned. Assignments may include varied locations and multiple clients. Assistance with training and supervision required to meet certification for Registered Behavior Technician will be available to qualified individuals.


Assistant Program Supervisor:  The successful candidate will hold a masters or bachelors degree in a related field and will be a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. A minimum of 3-4 years full time experience working with children with autism in Applied Behavior Analysis/discrete trial therapy programming is required. Job duties include program documentation, program implementation/direct service delivery, conducting training workshops, working closely with senior level clinical staff in the assessment and development of programming recommendations, together with support to senior clinical staff in supervising and training of program team therapists. Caseload may consist of multiple clients served at varied settings in addition to other duties as assigned. The ability to work closely with families and effectively collaborate on a multi-disciplinary team in the management of individual cases in essential.  


Program Supervisor:  The successful candidate will hold a masters degree in a related field and will be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. (Individuals who will complete a masters degree and be qualified for certification within 6 months of employment may be considered.) A minimum of 4-5 years full time experience working with children with autism in Applied Behavior Analysis/discrete trial therapy programming is required. Job responsibilities include conducting training workshops, supervision and training of staff, full case management (in collaboration with senior level clinical staff), and documentation for multiple clients in varied settings, and other duties as assigned. The ability to work closely with families and effectively collaborate on a multi-disciplinary team in the management of individual cases in essential.
